Position Overview:

As the Process Specialist - AI Implementation, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our organizational processes by integrating AI technologies into our HR, CRM, and sales functions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless implementation. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the assessment of current HR, CRM, and sales processes to identify opportunities for optimization through AI technologies.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria for AI implementation initiatives.

- Design and develop AI-driven workflows, processes, and models tailored to enhance HR, CRM, and sales processes.

- Work closely with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.

- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate adoption and maximize the benefits of AI-driven processes.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI implementations, iterating and optimizing as needed to drive continuous improvement.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI technologies, incorporating best practices into our processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred.

- Some understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying process inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools preferred.

- Certifications in AI, project management, or related process area knowledge are a plus.

To be considered you will require the ability to:

· Develop and enhance custom applications for ERPNext.

· Participate in software development in area of analysis, design, prototyping, implementation and maintenance.

· Undertake project Research and Development.

· Adhere to application developments guidelines & standards.

· Report and escalate to senior for help as needed.

· Agile working with team member for fast paced development.

· Create and maintain comprehensive task/module documentation.
 

At a minimum, you will need to have and demonstrate the following:

· Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

· Proven working experience as a software developer in the information technology sector

· Required skill(s): MySQL, Python, JavaScript, Git, ERP, FTP

· VueJs, ReactJs, AWS skill(s) is a plus

· Resourceful, high energy, independent-minded, can-do attitude

· Able to work in dynamic environment with minimal supervision

· Must be able to complete task on time and able to work under pressure

· Required language(s): English

· Design an interactive dialog for chatbot conversation

· Develop backend integration with Natural Language understanding platform such as DialogFlow

· Develop integration using AWS architecture

· Be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users

· Identify technical customer requirements and translating them into efficient solution architecture

· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
 

At a minimum, you will need to have and demonstrate the following:

· Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering

· Expertise in natural language processing/conversational AI systems

· Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

· Experience in Machine Learning technologies (particularly around NLP)

· Experience in AWS Lambda and DynamoDB

· Experience in NodeJS language and Rest API integration

· Experience in doing integration with Facebook messenger is a plus

· A very good understanding of systems integration
